Itinerary
Dehradun to Sankri
Drive from Dehradun to Sankri village (6,400 ft).
Sankri to Taluka to Seema
Drive to Taluka, trek to Seema village through forests.
Seema to Ruinsara Tal
Trek through meadows to the beautiful Ruinsara Lake.
Rest and acclimatization
Explore Ruinsara valley. Acclimatize for the pass crossing.
Ruinsara to Bali Pass Base
Trek to the base camp below Bali Pass.
Cross Bali Pass to Dhatmir
Cross Bali Pass at 4,900m. Descend to Dhatmir campsite.
Dhatmir to Yamunotri via Janki Chatti
Trek to Janki Chatti. Optional visit to Yamunotri temple.
Janki Chatti to Dehradun
Drive back to Dehradun.
